"I had the privilege of being one of the first tenants in this beautiful co-living house while they were setting up to open the house for business. It is a large house that has been completely renovated and perfectly designed to fit the co-living style. While you can maintain your privacy if you wish, you can also interact with the other tenants and get to know other people visiting and moving to town. We had multiple spontaneous group dinners together. I wish I was in town for longer, but my assignment was only a month. If you are moving/ visiting Durham this is the place to go!
